In 1902, John Volpi set up shop in the Hill and sold dry-cured meats made using old-world Italian techniques. Today, more than 100 years later, his legacy lives on as Volpi Foods continues to thrive. In 2020, the company sought to expand with a new production facility, while at the same time remaining true to their centuries-old roots.
